Yes, depending on each Customer’s situation, we can offer payment arrangements.
2. Where can I call or email to request for a payment deferral?
3. How can I access our account online?
Customers can access their account through INFINITI Canada. View the
tutorial video to manage their account 24/7. You may also reach out at IFScustomer.service@infiniticanada.com should you need help in linking your INFINITI financial account.
4. Can I request for a payment deferral through INFINITI Gallery?
5. Will I be charged a deferral payment fee?
There is no deferral fee, however, interest continues to accrue on Finance contracts.
6. Will a payment deferral affect my credit rating?
No, rest assured your credit rating will not be affected.
7. Is there an email address I can use to contact the Customer Care Department?
8. Will this information be available on INFINITI.ca?
9. How can I reach the Customer Care Department if the lines are busy?
INFINITI Finance is seeing much higher-than-normal call volumes. As a result, you may experience technical issues when calling 1-800-268-6499.
